Refund Policy

Dentments strive to make the process as convenient as possible and we want our customers to feel confident while purchasing our products. Our policies are customer-friendly.

In case of change of mind, request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise cancellation request for a refund will not be entertained once the order has been processed.

If our team of experts determines you are not a suitable candidate: Our specialized team examines your impressions and reviews your pictures and approves your case only if they are satisfied and are assured of the desired results. We will refund your entire amount if you are not a good candidate for Clear Aligners treatment.

Impression Kit:

Our policy allows you to get a refund if you return our Impression Kit within 5 working days from the day of its purchase. The kit should not be opened or used.

3D Treatment Planning:

Once 3D visualization has been created, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained; however you can request the changes in the plan.


Aligners are made to order product and can’t be reused. As we are not able to reuse the Aligners for anyone else, we do not accept returns on Aligners. Once we receive your Consent of Treatment and your Aligners have been fabricated, they cannot be refunded. In case of ill-fitting, we will fabricate new aligners and ship to you free of cost.

If at the end of your treatment, having followed all stipulated guidelines, you aren’t happy with the results, contact us so our team can re-evaluate your results, for this purpose we will need pictures of your teeth with aligners on from the last step. If your re-evaluation is approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners.

You may also request refinement, it will be evaluated by our experts and inform you of the charges.


If you wish to seek repair, resupply, replacement or a refund for a faulty product, please email us at and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you: (i) providing proof of purchase, (ii) providing evidence of fault to us, and (iii) returning any faulty products to us.


If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of fault is received and confirmed by our team. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.

Please note that any discomfort, swelling, sensitivity, numbness, sore jaw muscles or succumbing to an allergic reaction to materials used in our products may not, in itself, be evidence of product fault.
